NuMex Lemon Spice Jalapeño

Created by the Chile Pepper Institute in New Mexico, this jalapeño has all the heat of a green jalapeño with a citrus undertone. This is a medium hot pepper that starts out a vibrant green, but ripens to a sunny yellow.
