Named for the shape and coloring, rather than flavor, the Pineapple tomato is a bi-colored beefsteak tomato, and is a colorful addition to the garden. The fruit boasts a swirl of yellows, reds outside and a gorgeous mix of reds, pinks and oranges inside. The fruit itself is mildly sweet with low acidity and has a hint of citrus.
