Based on your wishes and needs, our treatments are customized to find the perfect balance between skin refinement and relaxation. Of course, we use only the finest organic products. You’ll walk out looking great, and know that you did something healthy for yourself, too.
Using only the highest quality fresh organic fruits, herbs and spices, this facial gives you the best possible natural results. The treatment offers double and triple exfoliation using both acids and enzymes, hydration and an extra-deep pore cleanse with tangy fruits and healing herbs. Customized to your skin type, you’ll discover that the Eminence Advanced Protocol, Therapeutic Facial provides a truly refreshing and relaxing experience. How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?
It depends on the season, the day of the week you prefer, and the time of day. On occasion, we can serve you on short notice, though weekends and evenings tend to be very popular. It’s always best to provide as much advance notice as possible.
What should I expect during my first visit?
To be greeted warmly and welcomed into our very soothing and relaxing environment. We would like to ask you to arrive at least ten minutes early for your first visit so you’ll have time to fill out a brief questionnaire on your health history. We’ll also ask you to remove all jewelry and makeup before body treatments and massage therapy—we recommend leaving valuables at home. It’s also a good idea to bathe or shower before your appointment.
What if I need to cancel or I’m late for my appointment?
The treatments you select are reserved and planned especially for you. We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary, but please let us know at least 24 hours in advance for cancelling appointments scheduled for Monday-Thursday and 48 hours in advance for weekend appointments, couples massages, and appointments for which you’ve scheduled more than one service. Cancellations that do not meet the advance notice requirements above will incur a 50% service charge; no-shows will be charged the entire service amount. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive the full appointment time scheduled but will be charged for the entire appointment. Each guest’s leisure time is valuable and precious. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
