Mugwort has an interesting history, going back to Ancient Roman times. Before the wide use of hops, mugwort was used to flavor beer. It's a wonderful plant for flavoring food, beverages as well as it's beneficial properties. It's an aromatic plant with dark green leaves with a silvery shine beneath them.
