Covid-19 Procedures

 

In an effort to maintain the heath of our employees & customers
we ask that you comply with the following:

Individual or small group shopping is encouraged
Please maintain a distance of 6 feet between you and other customers
Wearing a mask is not mandatory, but encouraged.

 

Do you offer curbside pickup so I can remain socially distant? 

Yes! We do offer curbside pickup. To place your order either go online or give us a call at (262) 656-1830 to place your order and we can take your payment via venmo ( @EquinoxBotanical ) and have it ready for you when you're ready to pick up. When you make it to Equinox, please give us a call and a brief description of your car so we can bring it out to you. If you prefer contactless let us know when you arrive and we can leave your purchase outside for you. 

Private shopping

We understand that some of our customers may be unable to wear masks due to medical reasons. As a result, we’re offering private shopping by appointment only. Call to make your appointment! 262-656-1830

Delivery

Delivery is local only, if you're in the Kenosha area, you're eligible for delivery!

 

Workshops 

We're currently workshopping our workshops (Ha!)
Keep an eye out on our social media pages for updates
There are no refunds for workshops. 

 

Products

Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase in original packaging and condition, with receipt.  Sale and discounted purchases are not returnable.

Plants

Plant prices may differ due to supplier prices.

All plant sales and purchases of discounted items are final.

  • Plant maintenance is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you have questions or issues please call right away, we are happy to help. 
  • There will be no exchange, refund, or replacement of any plant which has been damaged due to poor plant maintenance.
  • This can include: watering too much/too little, no drainage in the pot, incorrect light for the selected plant, too much/too little fertilizing, leaving the plant in standing water, leaving your plant under or near a radiator, heat-vent, or AC ducts.
