Massages & Facials

How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?

It depends on the season, the day of the week you prefer, and the time of day. On occasion, we can serve you on short notice, though weekends and evenings tend to be very popular. It’s always best to provide as much advance notice as possible.

What should I expect during my first visit?

To be greeted warmly and welcomed into our very soothing and relaxing environment. We would like to ask you to arrive at least ten minutes early for your first visit so you’ll have time to fill out a brief questionnaire on your health history. We’ll also ask you to remove all jewelry and makeup before body treatments and massage therapy—we recommend leaving valuables at home. It’s also a good idea to bathe or shower before your appointment.

What if I need to cancel or I’m late for my appointment?

The treatments you select are reserved and planned especially for you. We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary, but please let us know at least 24 hours in advance for cancelling appointments scheduled for Monday-Thursday and 48 hours in advance for weekend appointments, couples massages, and appointments for which you’ve scheduled more than one service. Cancellations that do not meet the advance notice requirements above will incur a 50% service charge; no-shows will be charged the entire service amount. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive the full appointment time scheduled but will be charged for the entire appointment. Each guest’s leisure time is valuable and precious. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Prices may vary somewhat based on the individual therapist caring for you. Please inquire for more details. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gratuities. What’s the norm?

Gratuities are not included in treatments, services, or gift certificates, but are discretional.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All services are reserved with a valid credit card. For your convenience we accept: Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

 

Workshops - Refund/Cancellation Policy

No refunds.

Products

Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase in original packaging and condition, with receipt.  Sale and discounted purchases are not returnable.

Plants - Refund Policy


CUSTOMERS MAY BRING BACK A PLANT within 14 days, WITH THE RECEIPT, IF THERE ARE INSECT PROBLEMS ON THE PLANT ONLY.
  • The plant must be in it’s original container.
  • Plant maintenance is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you have questions or issues please call right away, we are happy to help. 
  • There will be no exchange, refund, or replacement of any plant which has been damaged due to poor plant maintenance.
  • This can include: watering too much/too little, no drainage in the pot, incorrect light for the selected plant, too much/too little fertilizing, leaving the plant in standing water, leaving your plant under or near a radiator, heat-vent, or AC ducts.
